Raccoon on the loose! Cops collar critter on upper East Side
Cops collared an unusual suspect Wednesday morning on the upper East Side: a raccoon visiting from Central Park. Police were called in around 10 a.m. to collect the unwanted visitor, who had stranded himself in the scaffolding of a building under renovation on E. 74th St. off Fifth Ave.
